Business Analyst (Automation / AI)

Role Overview:

• We are looking for an Automation / AI Business Analyst who enjoys solving problems and working with both business and technical teams.
• You will help identify opportunities to improve processes using automation and AI solutions.
• You will partner with Product, Operations, and Technology teams to understand needs and document requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with teams to understand current processes and identify opportunities for automation and AI improvements.
• Help define and evaluate use cases for automation and AI, ensuring they align with business goals.
• Translate business needs into clear and simple requirements, including workflows and data needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with 2–4 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Exposure to automation, workflow improvement, or AI-related projects.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with Agile experience.
