  • Gather requirements of program operations and recommend actions to meet business needs with program and Information Services teams.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities, tracking timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and work with non-technical stakeholders to hand them off to technical teams.
