The Legal Operations Manager will bring structure, visibility, and efficiency to Everbridge's contracting process by designing and implementing systems, workflows, and analytics to help the legal team deliver contracts faster without sacrificing quality or risk management. This is a highly cross-functional role working closely with various business units to improve how agreements are requested, reviewed, approved, and executed.

Seeking a Software Engineer to join the Auckland engineering team to develop an innovative solution for generating Travel Risk Intelligence using AI, designed to enhance the safety of traveling employees. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality applications and APIs. You will also participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

Respond to and develop marketing leads into qualified sales meetings. Call on predefined customer’s lists to generate new sales pipeline opportunities. Develop a ‘Why Everbridge, Why Now’ proposition for each prospect interaction & close cooperation with the sales team to identify and follow up on new leads/opportunities and all other inbounds. Partner with sales and marketing to identify ongoing goals and needs; work to structure regionalized strategies to capitalize on opportunities.

As a member of the Everbridge Engineering team, the role involves designing, developing, and maintaining modular, extensible, and reusable test cases and scripts, integrating with an engineering team and partnering with other team members to drive quality best practices into the application development process and promoting continuous improvement.
