We are seeking a seasoned Power Platform Engineer to support digital transformation initiatives within federal law enforcement agencies. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years of experience developing secure, scalable, and user-centric solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, SharePoint platforms, with direct support experience in a law enforcement or national security environment. Design, build, and deploy custom applications using Power Apps and automate workflows with Power Automate.

Design, develop, and maintain applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform to optimize business processes and improve efficiency. Work with business units and process managers to build solutions and processes, supporting maintenance, continual service improvement, and new capabilities. Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards that provide insights and monitor key performance indicators relevant to Rackspace's cloud services.

The successful candidate will serve as the key technical resource leading the configuration, development, support, and maintenance of the ServiceNow implementation. Must have fluency in ServiceNow design and development principles that enables you to work with external development partners and key stakeholders to develop enterprise business solutions for our customers that leverage ITIL processes and best practices.

Responsible for configuring ServiceNow components and developing customized solutions within the ServiceNow platform, along with analyzing requirements and supporting testing and deployment activities. Requires extensive experience working with ServiceNow platforms and application development skills.
