Portal Functional Consultant

Position Overview:

• You will lead portal discovery, document requirements, and develop wireframes based on customer needs.
• You will collaborate with CRM Functional Consultants, Portal Developers, and Project Managers throughout delivery.
• You will support portal user acceptance testing and validate that functionality meets customer business requirements.

What We Look For:

• You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in functional consulting or business analysis.
• You have strong client-facing experience and excellent documentation skills.
• You must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass an FBI background check.
