As a member of the Managed Services team, the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) Support Consultant will help MCA Connect deliver world-class customer service. The Support Consultant will own the issue and work with customers, partners, and team members to deliver a resolution. The Finance Support Consultant’s primary focus will be assisting customers with the Financial and Project modules.
As a member of the Managed Services team, the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Supply Chain T&L Support Consultant will help MCA Connect deliver world-class customer service. The Support Consultant will own the issue and work with customers, partners, and team members until resolution is delivered. The T&L Support Consultant’s primary focus will be assisting customers with various modules.
As a member of the Modern Platform Management team, the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) Support Consultant will help MCA Connect deliver world-class customer service. A Modern Platform Management Support Consultant will be self-motivated to troubleshoot and resolve issues with the Dynamics 365 ERP application. The Support Consultant will own the issue and work with customers, partners, and team members to deliver a resolution.
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) Senior Consultant is responsible for consulting on Dynamics 365 ERP engagements. This includes implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing applications. The Senior Consultant is responsible for hands-on configuration of Dynamics 365 ERP Financial modules as well as assisting clients in the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 ERP solutions.
