D365 CE Senior Functional Consultant

Role Overview:

• You will gather requirements and configure Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform to deliver practical CRM/CX solutions.
• You will own defined workstreams and guide junior resources while collaborating with technical teams.

Responsibilities:

• Capture business requirements, user stories, and configuration decisions during discovery and design sessions.
• Configure model-driven apps, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and automation.
• Support training, testing, go-live, and hypercare while maintaining requirements traceability.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or comparable CRM platforms.
• Working knowledge of Dataverse, Power Automate, dashboards, and Microsoft 365 integration.
• Strong documentation, communication, and agile delivery skills.
