Lead Functional Consultant – D365 CE (Field Service)

About the Role:

• HSO India seeks a Lead Functional Consultant for D365 CE with deep expertise in Field Service and at least two additional modules like Sales and Customer Service.
• The role involves leading implementations, managing customer relationships, and providing functional leadership across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive functional design, configuration, and delivery of D365 Field Service capabilities including work order management, scheduling, and asset management.
• Conduct requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution walkthroughs; prepare functional specifications and test scenarios.
• Support UAT, go-live, and post-go-live activities; mentor junior consultants and ensure best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of D365 CE functional consulting experience with mandatory Field Service expertise and strong knowledge of Sales and Customer Service.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, and automation tools; ability to handle complex business requirements and cross-functional processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; certifications like MB-240, MB-210, MB-230 preferred.
