Provide front-line support for Dynamics 365 applications, assisting end users with technical issues and queries as an initial point of contact resolving basic issues, aiming for a high level of customer service and efficient issue resolution.

The MS Dynamics Solution Architect (Functional) will be critical in shaping and defining the strategy solutions components of DQM. We are looking for experienced Solution Architect with an excellent functional and technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and related Microsoft cloud solutions. This role requires the ability to acknowledge opportunities and solve real world business problems.

The Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Associate Consultant consults on Dynamics 365 ERP engagements, including implementation, upgrade, and/or extension of existing applications. They assist with the configuration of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules and clients in the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 solutions.

Facilitate the implementation and support of Dynamics 365 Manufacturing modules including but not limited to Production Control, Product Information Management, and Master Planning. Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements and conduct gap analysis. Produce Functional Design Documents when extensions are necessary.

The Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) Associate Consultant consults on Dynamics 365 ERP engagements including implementation, upgrade, and extension of existing applications, assists clients with configuration of Dynamics 365 Manufacturing modules, improves operational metrics, and manages client relationships.
