As a member of the Modern Platform Management team, manage clients’ Dataverse & Dynamics CE systems by designing & developing technical solutions built on Microsoft’s Power Platform. Troubleshoot and resolve support tickets related to CE & Dataverse systems, working on multiple clients each week delivering tasks on-time and on-budget.

The Principal Solutions Architect leads delivering D365 solutions with responsibility for being both customer facing and revenue generating in a pre-sales capacity, gathering client technical and business requirements, providing Dynamics 365 / CRM consulting, executing and leading technical workshops with clients, and developing product and proposal content.
