Technical Lead - Business Automation & AI Development

Key Accountabilities:

• Design and oversee custom business applications including CRM, project management tools, and data integration layers.
• Lead AI-assisted development with platforms like Replit Agent/Builder, applying architectural judgment.
• Establish technical best practices and mentor future engineers as the practice scales.

Requirements:

• Proven experience combining software engineering with business analysis or product management.
• Demonstrated use of AI coding assistants to deliver production-ready software rapidly.
• Strong full-stack knowledge covering frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and integrations.
