The Role:
- Deliver Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions as a seasoned techno-functional consultant.
- Work closely with customers to translate business requirements into effective implementations.
What You'll Do:
- Lead functional workstreams in Field Service implementations.
- Configure work orders, scheduling, asset management, and mobile experiences.
- Support asset management, preventive maintenance, and field operations.
What We're Looking For:
- 5-7 years of Dynamics CRM/D365 experience with Field Service specialization.
- Hands-on skills with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Strong customer-facing consulting and communication abilities.
