Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Lead functional workshops, requirement discovery sessions, and solution design discussions.
- Configure and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7-10 years of IT experience with strong expertise in D365 CE Sales module.
- Hands-on experience in at least two additional CE modules (Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, Project Operations).
- Experience in end-to-end D365 CE implementation projects.
