Responsibilities:
- Create updated, current project schedules and update and maintain them on a weekly basis.
- Validate MS Project schedules against current commitments and resource availability via coordinating with the aligned VA PM and other stakeholders once a week.
- Develop macros for MS Project to streamline scheduling processes and reduce error.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project scheduling for large-scale IT or healthcare programs.
- Expertise in MS Project for schedule development and maintenance.
