Communication
Scope:
- Develop, maintain, and manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for a complex, multi-site Emergency Communication System (ECS) and Mass Notification System (MNS) modernization program.
- Coordinate schedules across design, procurement, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and project turnover.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project management, engineering, construction teams, subcontractors, and Government stakeholders to align project schedules.
- Monitor progress, analyze schedule performance, identify critical path impacts, and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop recovery plans and mitigation strategies to address schedule risks and delays.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of scheduling experience supporting large federal construction, infrastructure, or mission-critical programs with direct experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
- Expert proficiency with scheduling software/systems and strong understanding of construction sequencing, schedule analysis, forecasting, and risk management.
- Ability to travel as required and obtain and maintain required Government security or facility access credentials.
