Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, baseline, and maintain comprehensive project schedules using MS Project, ensuring tasks, dependencies, and milestones are accurately captured.
- Integrate project schedules into the program-level IMS, coordinating with workstream leads to maintain schedule integrity and identify critical path.
- Support Agile development cadences by translating sprint planning and release events into schedule artifacts aligned with IMS requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in project scheduling for large-scale IT or healthcare programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience supporting VA or federal healthcare programs, with familiarity in IMS development and government reporting.
Working Environment:
- Remote position supporting the Community Care Network Next Generation and Veterans Family Member Program.
- Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship offered.
- Ability to obtain VA Position of Public Trust clearance.
