Role Overview:
- Drive business development and serve as technical lead for air quality and climate practice.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in environmental science or engineering; advanced degree preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in energy infrastructure permitting and licensing.
- Professional registration (P.E. or P.G.) required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consulting for air permitting under NSR, PSD, Title V, GHG, and state programs.
- Conduct environmental impact assessments and health risk assessments.
- Mentor staff and uphold company culture and values.
