Work closely with Chief Legal Officer to track, manage and renew Geosyntec’s commercial insurance program.
Support the company’s leadership and project managers understand the insurance coverage maintained by the company and help in making decisions and recommendations on coverage updates.
Collaborate with Chief Legal Officer and company leadership to review exposures and insurance program, determine if carrier is the best fit for the client while considering coverage, protection, and cost.
Provide expertise and guidance for projects, including potential failure modes analysis and Level 2 risk assessment as part of FERC Part 12D Comprehensive Assessments.
Provide input for major dam safety projects, reviewing risk analyses and mitigation strategies.
Develop technical reports and risk management cases that assess dam safety risk, mitigation options, and regulatory compliance.
