Oversee the monthly closing schedule of our Gradient subsidiary to ensure all necessary closing steps are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure account analyses are prepared that support the activity in selected general ledger accounts, as documented in the Accounting Policies and Procedures Manual.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously find opportunities to improve existing processes and internal controls to build more efficiency and mitigate risks.
Collaborate with Geosyntec’s culture, working with experienced professionals to integrate into our culture as you advance to lead and grow a practice.
Work on challenging technical projects while leveraging your existing knowledge to help expand current practices through business development and client management.
Provide technical leadership and oversight for Dams and Hydraulic Structures projects, ensuring goals for technical excellence, budget control, schedule compliance and client satisfaction.
Oversee Geosyntec’s third-party supply chain and prequalification platforms globally.
Collect, monitor, and then report on regulatory/legislative, and other non-financial requirements related to health and safety, environmental compliance and sustainability.
Coordinate with the firm’s internal stakeholders to establish the tools, best practices, and internal data management and reporting systems to sustain client compliance.
Business development; including bringing in new clients and obtaining repeat business from existing clients, leading proposal preparation, and developing and implementing a business development plan.
Management and mentoring of senior, mid-career and early-career staff and managing subcontractors.
Managing the overall delivery of multiple projects within the scope / budget / schedule expectations and ensuring quality standards on project deliverables.
