  • Lead business development and project management for air quality projects involving emissions quantification, climate change programs, and regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain high marketplace visibility through client contact, professional organizations, and industry presentations.
  • Serve as technical leader for Clean Air Act analyses, air permitting, and dispersion modeling as well as team mentorship.

  • Prepare environmental compliance reports including annual air emissions inventory, hazardous waste reports, Tier II reports, and TRI reports.
  • Develop environmental plans such as SPCC Plans, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans, and Slug Discharge Control Plans.
  • Conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and prepare permit applications for air emissions, wastewater, and stormwater discharges.
