- Interacting with internal and external providers to coordinate collection and transfer of data to project databases.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in database technology and GIS, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency with ESRI ArcGIS Desktop, ArcGIS Online, and Microsoft Access.
- Route and site quantitative analysis and evaluation experience.
Education and Licensure:
- Bachelor's degree in geography, computer science, or related field.
- Advanced degree in the same.
