• Provide technical leadership and guidance directed at growing a hydraulic engineering practice within Geosyntec’s Dams and Levees high-growth area business line.
• Rehabilitation and design of existing/new spillways, outlet works, and other appurtenant dam hydraulic structures.
• Task and project-level responsibility for scoping, performing, managing, and delivering multiple concurrent project assignments.

• Lead multidisciplinary design teams for tailings projects, focusing on operational integration.
• Liaise with operations, project managers, and client representatives to gather and incorporate operational input.
• Manage designs to comply with regulatory standards, client specifications, AECOM quality requirements, and industry best practice guidelines.

• Works collaboratively with the Federal Remediation Practice Growth Lead to grow profitable backlog.
• Maintain accurate and updated opportunity pipeline via Salesforce.
• Direct project management staff to ensure timely, effective, and efficient performance of project managers’ responsibilities
