Drive operational excellence for CIO-led leadership meetings and governance forums, utilizing Danaher Business System tools. Requires a scientific/engineering background with extensive experience in operations and program management.
The consultant will design and implement a structured, user-friendly, and secure Knowledge Platform in SharePoint that enables team members of the Ombuds Office to easily access up-to-date information and tools, setting differentiated access levels and archiving capabilities for internal and federation-facing documents.
As the primary contact for pilot members and MEC/LEC and ALPA National staff, you will obtain meeting space and hotel accommodations. Assist in all aspects of booking lodging rooms for pilots and staff and planning Association meetings, events, luncheons, conventions, and other travel arrangements, as assigned. Travel is required.
