This position is for a Channels Operations Onboarding Manager to oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for WhatsApp, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and strengthening relations with Meta, working closely with internal and external strategic partners.

As a Business Operations Manager you’ll report to the Sr. Director of Business Operations and will serve as the analytical backbone to multiple organizations at Pair Team. You’ll be responsible for generating insights, implementing new initiatives, and enabling the organization to achieve Pair Team’s ambitious growth targets.
