Operational Excellence Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the connective layer between strategy and execution, running performance-versus-plan and OKR processes.
• Facilitate cross-functional reviews, capturing action items and ensuring decisions converge.
• Build data and financial analyses to support resourcing decisions and unit economics.

What Success Looks Like:

• Leaders know where impact metrics are moving and how to intervene.
• Forums run with clear owners, decisions, and metrics at every level.
• Operational systems drive high-quality reporting and data-driven decisions.

Who You'll Work With:

• You'll report to the Chief Administrative Officer and partner with Impact and Engineering leaders.
• You'll collaborate with data, systems, and cross-functional teams across the organization.

What We're Looking For:

• A senior operator with product or program management background and strong analytical skills.
• High emotional intelligence, excellent written communication, and a bias toward simplicity.
• Experience in government, public-sector, or nonprofit contexts and running OKR processes at scale.
