Strategic Operations Manager

Role Overview:

• Data-driven operations professional reporting to the Director of Strategic Operations.
• Lead projects that turn analysis into measurable operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate performance trends, build dashboards, and optimize workflows across departments.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with clear goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Present findings to stakeholders and anticipate business needs through forward-looking planning.

Requirements & Opportunities:

• Three to five years of experience in analytics and project management in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced Excel, Looker, Tableau, and SQL skills with experience in BI tools.
