As a Provider Account Manager you will be an advocate for Network Providers, one of Lantern’s most important customer groups, working closely with Practice Management, Scheduling, and Billing offices. The Account Manager is responsible for the proactive management of the claims, reimbursement, and support processes for the Network Provider relationship, including a full understanding of the practice’s revenue cycle.
Detail-oriented Total Rewards Specialist is needed to manage all aspects of benefits administration, compensation analysis, and bonus program administration. This role will play a key part in ensuring competitive, compliant, and well-communicated total rewards offerings that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
The Client Success Team is looking for a Client Success Executive responsible for the short- and long-term success of our largest client relationships. CS Executives are responsible for developing and executing strategic plans for client accounts and maximizing the value of the Lantern partnership. The ideal candidate will have a background in strategic client relationship management and sales.
This role supports the Commercial Leadership Team in developing the Commercial Annual Plan and managing compensation for all Commercial roles. Working cross-functionally, they will set Commercial OKRs and KPIs, uncover the root causes of Commercial outcomes, and propose action plans to correct course. The role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and experience in revenue operations or business operations.
