Transcarent’s AI and WayFinding team is building our next-generation products, including the WayFinding Care Assistant and AI platform. As a Technical Program Manager, you will connect the dots between product, engineering, and implementation ensuring features and integrations ship on time, at quality, and with clear communication across stakeholders. This role is critical in enabling our teams to execute with clarity and precision.

This role requires a seasoned, techno-functional leader to drive the development and execution of large-scale LLM training programs. This role is deeply technical and client-facing, with significant emphasis on dataset creation, annotation workflows, and high-quality data pipelines for foundational model training. The ideal candidate combines deep technical understanding of the LLM training lifecycle, strong operational rigor, and exceptional cross-functional leadership.
