Assist with the implementation of Ads on the LTK platform run by brand partners targeting consumers and Creators. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing and managing digital ad trafficking. Responsibilities include traffic and executing Ads on the LTK Platform, collecting assets and client approvals of ad creative, and gathering reporting to be shared with client post campaign.

This individual contributor role will drive operational rigor around sales hand off processes and adoption of tools. The Sales Operations Specialist will leverage expertise and creative thinking to explore innovative solutions. We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join LTK’s Platform team with Kubernetes expertise. The LTK Foundation and Platform Engineering team is responsible for building and maintaining LTK’s cloud infrastructure and development platform. Each member of the LTK Platform team partners directly with our software development teams to ensure maximum uptime and the ability to scale and deliver exceptional features in a secure, timely, and consistent manner.

Lead the Creator and Brand product design teams at LTK, driving deeper connections between premium lifestyle Creators and Brands. Oversee approximately 6 product designers, partnering with product managers and engineering leads to improve processes and build strategy. This role requires a people-first leader who collaborates without ego and brings accountability.

As a part of the Brand Platform Engineering team, you will help us on our mission to be the largest digital marketing platform powered by influencers. Develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems using Golang and related technologies. You will also collaborate with product and engineering teams, write code and automated tests, troubleshoot production issues, and drive improvements to our software and development processes.

As a Software Engineer II on our web team, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining user-facing features on the ShopLTK.com platform, which serves millions of shoppers daily.
