Build strong connections in the community by seeking opportunities to build on-brand partnerships and attract new members. Focus on member recruitment and retention by relationship building and providing them the support needed to be successful. Ensure guidelines are followed for each workshop and maintenance of the studio.

Provide world-class customer experience via email, live chat, and social media. Ensure a seamless transaction process throughout our marketplace. Actively drive resolution of customer issues resulting in customer satisfaction and retention. Maintain and/or improve your team’s Customer Success Metrics. Collaborate, problem solve, and/or strategize with team members in order to identify opportunities for improvements and growth.
