Summary of the Role:
- First point of contact for users in App Stores.
- Provide support about the client’s products.
- Maintain a positive brand presence by moderating and responding to reviews.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- MUST have a C1 or C2 certification in German, B2 certification will also be considered.
- Fluent in English both written and oral.
