Seeking an experienced Staff Technical Program Manager to drive the next generation of Lime vehicles and accessories. The role involves aligning stakeholders in Product Management, Hardware Engineering, Firmware/Software Engineering, and Operations to drive roadmap planning, leading cross-functional development, and proactively anticipating risks to ensure product success.

Lead planning and programs across B2B, aligning teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity of scope, timelines, roadmaps, and quality expectations, seeing these plans through to launch. You will triage sales-led B2B requests, partnering with Operations, Sales, TAMs, and Product to assess urgency and determine feasibility with existing delivery roadmaps and strategic priorities; you will also help teams contributing to B2B plan, coordinate, and launch AI-powered features.

Drive cross-functional execution and delivery of projects within the Platform organization for Core Services, Data, and Infrastructure. Manage project schedules, identify risks and dependencies, and develop strategies. Facilitate communication and collaboration ensuring alignment on program goals, milestones, and technical requirements. Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks and dependencies, coordinating across organizational boundaries.

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to manage and contribute to cross functional initiatives led by the Engineering division of GitLab. As a member of the Research and Development (R&D) organization, you’ll contribute directly to the priorities of the Engineering Division and collaborate closely with the Engineering Leadership team across all levels.

As the first Technical Program Manager at Cocoon, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we plan, align, and deliver cross-functional initiatives. You’ll partner with engineering, product, design, and GTM teams to bring clarity, focus, and execution excellence to some of our most important partnership initiatives. You’ll lead highly cross-functional programs, using strong TPM craft and collaboration skills to deliver complex initiatives. Drive project alignment by managing dependencies, guiding technical discussions, and making sure the right conversations happen at the right time. Anticipate risks and blockers, escalate when needed, and keep momentum toward resolution. Influence outcomes by building trusted, strong partnerships across the organization. Champion effective ways of working including finding the right balance of tools, structure & practices while continuously improving how we collaborate and deliver on our commitments
