About the Role:
- Own the R&D Enablement roadmap and define how technical teams build capabilities, access knowledge, and adopt effective ways of working.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Business Technology, and external providers to move high-value ideas from concept to scalable adoption.
Who You Are:
- A senior individual contributor with 8+ years in technical product management, technical program management, or developer enablement.
- Experienced in partnering directly with engineers and technical leaders, with hands-on experience in AI tools, APIs, low-code platforms, and workflow automation.
What You'll Do:
- Develop outcome measures beyond attendance, using adoption, behavior, capability, and efficiency to guide investment decisions.
- Mentor junior team members, champion Samsara's cultural principles, and lead through expertise and influence rather than formal authority.
