Program Lead, Transformation & Enablement

What you get to do in this role:

• Enable the Service Delivery team to execute at an elite level by driving rigor and governance.
• Leverage the ServiceNow AI platform to develop scalable resources and own the training strategy.

Key responsibilities:

• Own new-hire onboarding program for global PECs with industry-benchmarked instructional design.
• Design and launch the advisor readiness application, partnering with technical teams.
• Run the monthly quality audit program and translate findings into improvement recommendations.

What are we looking for:

• High autonomy and comfort operating with ambiguity, translating priorities into executable programs.
• Practical experience applying AI capabilities to content creation or operational enablement.
• Strong operations background with fluency in training and process governance.
