About the role:
- Build an AI-first onboarding experience for new engineers.
- Create technical learning, practical support, and community.
What you'll do:
- Own the design and delivery of Engineering onboarding across regions.
- Lead hands-on learning at our San Francisco office and virtual programs.
- Partner with leaders in Developer Productivity, SRE, Security, and more.
What we look for:
- 2–4 years as a technical leader in a software engineering organization.
- Understanding of modern development practices including AI-assisted development.
- Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear plans and playbooks.
