What You'll Own:
- Take every new customer from kickoff through go-live and into real day-to-day adoption.
- Map a contractor's existing processes and rebuild them as workflows inside the platform.
- Use AI to automate the onboarding and support motion itself, so it scales without scaling headcount.
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5 years in onboarding, implementation, or customer success at a SaaS company.
- You use AI tools hands-on every day to move faster.
- A real track record of building or fixing onboarding processes, not just executing someone else's.
