About the role:
- Location: Remote-first (United States), Full-time, Permanent, Exempt.
- This role is eligible for Webflow's company-wide bonus program.
- Cash compensation varies by geographic zone: Zone A $212,500-$255,000, Zone B $200,000-$240,000, Zone C $186,700-$224,000.
In this role, you will:
- Own the execution portfolio for an emerging product line from discovery through GA.
- Partner with engineering leaders to decompose ambiguous technical challenges.
- Design and run the operating model for a fast-moving, zero-to-one program.
About you:
- 7+ years of experience in technical program management.
- Proven track record running strategic, cross-pillar programs.
- Strong technical foundation and experience with AI or developer platform products.
