Role Responsibilities:
- Own sprint management and task execution for a dedicated pod of engineers.
- Proactively clear technical dependencies to maintain engineering velocity.
- Establish and enforce SLAs for different technical tracks.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience as Technical Program Manager, Product Manager, or Agile Scrum Master.
- Deep experience with enterprise ticketing systems like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Technical fluency in web architecture, APIs, cloud, and AI/LLM capabilities.
