Key Responsibilities:
- You will manage the front door by designing and refining a structured intake framework for business requests.
- You will serve as the primary connective tissue between decentralized business units and central engineering.
- You will define and report on program KPIs, translating engineering velocity into executive-level ROI narratives.
Qualifications:
- You have 7+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, or similar roles.
- You possess deep experience building intake matrices, triage workflows, and operational playbooks.
- You have exceptional communication skills to translate technical challenges into business impacts.
