Senior Program Manager, Enterprise Technology and AI

What you'll do:

• Own end-to-end program management for large-scale Enterprise Technology & AI initiatives, including scope, roadmap, resource planning, and delivery tracking.
• Drive cross-functional alignment by facilitating decision-making, resolving dependencies, and maintaining momentum across distributed teams.
• Translate complex technical and business requirements into clear, actionable work plans accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.

What you'll bring:

• 6+ years of program management experience delivering large, cross-functional Enterprise Technology & AI programs.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex processes and build structured approaches to ambiguous problems.
• Experience influencing without authority and driving alignment across functions including Finance, Legal, Sales, and Product.

• The CIO Enterprise Technology & AI team designs and operates enterprise applications, data platforms, corporate IT services, and AI-enabled workflows.
• You'll partner closely with Finance, Sales, Marketing, People, Product, and Security to turn business strategy into scalable technology solutions.
