Drive strategic sales, customer engagement, and capture efforts for our Collaborative Combat Aircraft (CCA) initiatives across Europe as a Director. Position Shield AI as the go-to partner for next-generation air combat solutions by engaging directly with top-tier defense stakeholders. You’ll own the entire business development lifecycle, from identifying new opportunities to closing complex deals and launching early-stage programs.

This role is critical in expanding Shield AI's European footprint and navigating complex regulatory landscapes, where you will lead Shield AI's government relations strategy across European markets, building and maintaining relationships with key government stakeholders, defense ministries, and regulatory bodies. Working with business development teams, you identify opportunities and secure contracts with European defense entities.
