The Proposal Manager will have responsibility for the proposal development lifecycle, including setting strategy and managing the process for how the Infrastructure team responds to SOQs, RFIs, and RFPs. They will lead proposal teams, maintain a library of proposal and marketing resources, and work with segment executives to produce best-in-class proposals.

This is a front-line leadership role overseeing a team focused on sourcing and driving new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and expanding Prompt’s market presence. You’ll align your team’s performance with company-wide growth objectives while building a high-accountability culture rooted in clear expectations, fast feedback, and continuous improvement. You’ll be in the trenches with your team every day.

As a member of the strategy leadership team, the SVP will help conceive and refine processes that enhance collaboration among strategy, analytics, media, scientific, creative, and account teams, to produce strategic recommendations that lead to significant business outcomes. As an inspirational leader, the position will consistently strive to bring out the best from the team, serving as the primary face and driving force for Engagement Strategy.
