Responsibilities:
- Leads the strategy and business development team for the Strategic Systems business area.
- Responsible for customer relationship management, strategic planning, market assessment and analysis.
- Enhances the performance and profitability of an organization that supports some of our nation’s most critical national defense priorities.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrates deep and broad experience in having defined and executed successful strategies to grow business.
- Possesses strong business acumen to advise Business Area VP as growth partner
- Maintains tremendous knowledge of government contracting and acquisition practices
Duties and Tasks:
- Evaluates and manages new business opportunities, initiatives, partnerships, alliances and/or joint ventures
- Oversees market analysis, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs.
- Drives analysis of market data to identify trends/opportunities and develop strategic direction from market information
