What you'll do:
- Define technical vision and architecture for autonomy with RF sensing and control.
- Lead radar/RF algorithm development and end-to-end simulation.
- Integrate cross-functionally and mentor technical teams.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's in engineering with 15+ years in autonomy or RF.
- Expert in radar, signal processing, and MATLAB/Python/C++.
- Ability to obtain U.S. security clearance.
Preferred qualifications:
- Advanced degree and active U.S. clearance preferred.
- Experience with EW, hardware-in-the-loop, and flight test.
