Responsibilities:
- Serve as an individual contributor or task lead supporting EW system integration, verification, testing, and data analysis.
- Develop, execute, and document detailed RF test plans and procedures to evaluate system performance in complex environments.
- Coordinate RF data collection across subsystem and system integration laboratories and remote test facilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in STEM with at least 5 years of related experience for Principal level; 8 years for Sr. Principal level.
- At least 3 years of experience designing, integrating, or testing EW or Radar systems.
- Proficiency with MATLAB and experience operating HWIL/SWIL test benches.
