What You'll Do:
- Lead complex, cross-functional transformation programs spanning Product, Engineering, Data, Security, Operations, and external partners.
- Build integrated plans across priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, and readiness.
- Drive strategic AI initiatives and Customer Data Platform implementation from pilots to scaled adoption.
What We Need:
- 8+ years of technical program, transformation, or technology delivery experience.
- Hands-on experience delivering a Customer Data Platform implementation through integration and adoption.
- Strong technical literacy and credibility with Product, Engineering, and Data leaders.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Create clarity from ambiguity and anticipate issues before they impact outcomes.
- Challenge constructively and bring recommendations, not just problems.
- Build alignment and trust across technical and business teams.
