The ITSM Service Management SME will work closely with engineers, testers, trainers as well as government agency personnel to perform ITSM activities across a complex network enterprise supporting an active directory modernization hosting service. You'll engage with Customers to capture key administrative account information and review the touch points required to support ITIL based processes. Aligning with ITSM service model drive strategy, design, transition, operation, and continual improvement.

As a Centralized Call Centre Bilingual Representative, you will support work order creation for the FMO and Service departments, ensuring high-quality facility services. You will respond to customer inquiries, resolve problems, fulfill requests, and maintain the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) database, working remotely after initial training.
