About the Role:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, supporting work order creation and resolving inquiries.
- Manage the CMMS database, including equipment history, work orders, and open tracking.
Work Environment:
- Fully remote after 3-4 weeks of virtual training.
- Must reside in Montreal Area, New Brunswick, or Ontario with a stable internet connection.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of call centre or customer service experience.
- Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
Compensation:
- Hourly rate of $23.75 CAD, with potential for benefits and bonuses.
