Call Center Experience
Responsibilities:
- Schedule collision repair and estimate appointments while following SOPs.
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer interactions with empathy.
- Assist with rental and tow scheduling, resolve concerns, and multitask across systems.
Schedule and Compensation:
- Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–7:00 PM CST with rotating Saturdays.
- $18.00/hour plus performance-based bonuses up to $400/month.
- Fully remote role requiring a quiet workspace and reliable high-speed internet.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED and at least one year of call center experience.
- Fluent in Spanish and English with strong communication and multitasking skills.
