What You'll Do:
- Answer inbound calls and assist members with membership questions.
- Recommend valuable products and services proactively.
- Resolve issues critically in a non-scripted, fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:

What You'll Need:
- Prior customer service experience, preferably call center.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (assessed).

- Dedicated quiet workspace with direct Ethernet connection.
- Minimum 50-100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.
- Company-provided computer and partial internet reimbursement.
