What you'll do:
- Drive end-to-end client implementations, owning the full lifecycle from kickoff through adoption.
- Lead executive-level engagements, facilitating discovery workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions.
- Architect implementation plans balancing complexity with speed-to-adoption.
What you bring:
- 5+ years of client-facing SaaS implementation experience, with HR Tech strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise-level implementations with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills; technically fluent in SaaS platforms.
