Senior Program Manager, Insights Program Management

About the Role:

• We're hiring a Senior Manager, Implementation Program Manager to own the delivery and relationship for a portfolio of Tendo Insights customers, from contract signature through go-live and into steady-state value realization.
• You'll be the person a hospital's CMO, CFO, and clinical documentation team all trust to bring order to a complex, cross-functional rollout — one that touches clinical, financial, IT, and executive stakeholders who don't always agree with each other.

Responsibilities:

• Build and run your own implementation plans, manage multiple concurrent customer engagements, and navigate organizational politics inside customer accounts.
• Represent Tendo credibly in front of hospital executives while partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Support to make sure customer commitments are realistic and kept.

Requirements & Nice-to-Haves:

• 7+ years of experience in program/project management, implementation, or professional services, ideally in enterprise software or healthcare technology.
• Experience in healthcare, particularly with hospital operations or clinical quality programs, is nice to have.
